Darlene Crane

Darlene Reynolds is an author, speaker, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in education. She has served as a school-based administrator, district and state level educational leader and university instructor in the US and Canada. Darlene is currently the District Principal of Inclusive Learning for the Cowichan Valley School District in British Columbia.

Her professional experience includes extensive work leading districts with the implementation of tiered instruction to support learners in the areas of literacy and numeracy. Darlene has extensive general education and special education teaching experience.

Throughout the US and Canada, Darlene has trained teachers and administrators on tiered instruction (MTSS/RTI) implementation in mathematics and reading, including identifying targeted improvements for classroom instruction, designing effective intervention strategies to accelerate student learning, and fostering collaborative, schooland district cultures.
